Giving Tuesday: Join Joshua Allen Design in Giving Back This Thanksgiving Season

This November, Joshua Allen Design is proud to join in the spirit of giving by supporting Sterling & Maple’s Giving Tuesday initiative, a month-long donation drive benefiting the Sterling Food Bank.

Throughout November, Sterling & Maple (our retail home décor store and design studio) will be collecting food and household donations to help local families in need. And during the VIP Holiday Event on November 20th, guests who bring items to donate will receive a special coupon as a thank-you for giving back to the community.

Why Giving Back Matters to Us

For Josh Allen and the Joshua Allen Design team, giving back to the community that has supported us from the beginning is deeply personal. The town of Sterling has played an incredible role in JAD’s growth, from designing and building homes for local families to helping us expand and open Sterling & Maple this past summer.

Sterling & Maple represents more than a retail space, it’s a reflection of the creativity, collaboration, and local pride that make Sterling such a special place. Supporting the Sterling Food Bank is our way of saying thank you and ensuring that every neighbor in our community feels the warmth and generosity of the season.

What is Giving Tuesday?

Giving Tuesday began in 2012 as a global day dedicated to generosity, a reminder that after the shopping and sales of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, there’s an opportunity to give back. It’s a celebration of kindness, community, and compassion.

At Joshua Allen Design, we believe that spirit of giving should last all month long. Each donation, big or small, helps a family in need and strengthens the sense of connection that defines our local community.
