Functional Farmstead

Introducing the Functional Farmstead! This project went from barn to beautiful when we transformed the attached barn of an 18th century Sterling farmhouse into a seamless extension of the home; complete with a farmhouse kitchen, stone fireplace, mudroom, laundry, and bath. Featuring vaulted ceilings with reclaimed beams, a central wine bar, and thoughtfully repurposed details, this design blends historic character with modern function, creating a space that feels as though it has always belonged.
